Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the device and all original accessories, including cables and adapters, back into the original retail packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you retain a copy of your tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
